Returns and refunds

RETURN POLICY

Refunds: We do not offer returns,

exchanges or refunds on any trading/playing/collectible items. However, if there is an issue with the condition of the product, Please provide photo documentation of the shipment box PRIOR to opening the item and submit a request thru our CONTACT page.

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ON CLOTHING, TOYS, PLUSH, AND OTHER NON-TRADING CARDS AND COLLECTIBLES. Item must be returned in NEW-UNUSED condition and in the original sealed packaging.

All returns or exchanges, may be subject to a 10% Restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled after

payment but only if the order is cancelled before the items are shipped.
