Shipping and delivery
PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
PACKAGING
Everyone that works for us is a collector in one of our many facets, and we treat your collectibles with the same care as you would. For Singles we will primarily package them in bubble mailers with top loaders protecting your valuable cards. If an order doesn’t fit into a bubble mailer, we will use a box with packing peanuts to insure it stays secure. For our comics we use Gemini comic mailers and cardboard inserts to help keep your package safe.
TRACKING
All of our shipped packages will have tracking numbers associated with them for your peace of mind. You will receive an email with this information once your product ships. If you do not receive the email or cannot locate it, please reach out to us and we will get it for you. On checkout times estimated for delivery are once the carrier receives the item. Packages may deliver earlier or later than expected due to the timeline being an estimate.
PACKAGE WAS MARKED "DELIVERED", BUT HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT!
My package was marked "delivered", but I haven't received it!
If your tracking was marked as "delivered", but the package wasn't received? We're happy to help!
When the tracking for your package is updated as "delivered" by the postal carrier, it triggers an automatic email from us to let you know about this new status.
Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you receive the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest
- USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day or so.
- Be sure you entered the correct address during checkout. The shipping information you enter during checkout is automatically transferred to the post office, therefore we cannot be held responsible if you entered an incorrect address.
- Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.
- If the package still does not show up please call USPS to file a claim.
- Teller TCG LLC cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office, incorrect shipping address entered at checkout, or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding! (Read our terms of use - this is why we highly recommend Signature Required!)
